6. Content and Third-Party Platforms

V2OB does not own, control, or proactively publish the content linked to by user-submitted links. Videos, images, covers, and other media content are typically provided by the source platform or relevant content providers. Source platforms may have their own access rules, terms of use, copyright policies, privacy policies, and caching and retention mechanisms.

V2OB does not represent any supported platform, nor does it imply affiliation with these platforms in terms of branding, ownership, or business relationships. You are responsible for confirming whether you have obtained necessary authorization to use the relevant content.

7. Retrieved Content and Temporary Processing

To fulfill the current request, V2OB may temporarily process the link you submitted and the media information returned by the source platform. V2OB does not write submitted links and retrieved results to an application database, nor does it create a user-queryable history.

After the page is closed, the request is complete, or the resource becomes invalid, the relevant results may no longer be accessible. Caching, logs, or storage generated by the source platform itself do not constitute V2OB's storage activities.

8. Downloading and Saving

V2OB provides download operation entry points but does not guarantee:

  • Download links are permanently valid
  • Download speeds are always stable
  • Downloaded files are always playable
  • All devices support the same saving methods
  • Source platforms will not withdraw or restrict media resources

Some devices or browsers may open media addresses in a new window or require users to manually save files. You are responsible for confirming the legality of downloaded content and for the saving, management, and use of downloaded files.

The V2OB website interface, brand identity, page design, text content, software structure, proprietary processing technology, and related technologies, unless otherwise noted, belong to V2OB or its lawful rights holders.

Without explicit authorization, you must not copy or republish V2OB pages, use the brand or logos for misleading promotion, scrape and mass-copy website content, modify or distribute V2OB software and core technologies, or create services or websites that cause confusion with V2OB.

The rights to the links you submit and their content belong to the original rights holders. These terms do not change such ownership.

10. Service Availability

V2OB may become temporarily inaccessible or unable to process requests normally due to system maintenance or upgrades, network failures, platform structure changes, security incidents, device or browser compatibility issues, and unforeseeable technical or operational reasons.

We will maintain the service within reasonable scope but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with all devices.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, V2OB provides the service "as is" and "as available." V2OB does not warrant that results will always be accurate or complete, that all links can be processed, that all media will be without watermark or retain original quality, that downloaded content will always be available, that the service will meet specific purposes, or that the service will be free of interruptions or errors.

You are responsible for exercising your own judgment regarding the use of retrieved content and downloaded content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, V2OB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from inability to get download links or download, content not playing or becoming invalid, violation of source platform rules, unauthorized use of content, changes to third-party platforms, network, device, or browser issues, malicious or erroneous links, or the saving, distribution, or use of downloaded content.

If the law does not permit the complete exclusion of certain liabilities, the limitations in this section shall apply to the minimum extent permitted by law.
